Your revenue engine was built for a smaller company.

I rebuild go-to-market systems for mid-market B2B companies in manufacturing, industrial, distribution and logistics. CRM architecture, response times, pipeline data, and AI where it removes real work.

The 30-minute standard

Response time is one of the few conversion levers you fully control. I build routing and escalation so a person makes first contact inside half an hour.

The standard I build routing, alerting and escalation to: first human contact inside 30 minutes of capture.

What I do

Most engagements start with the diagnostic. It tells us both whether the rest is worth doing.

01

Revenue diagnostic

Two to three weeks. I audit CRM data, funnel math, response times and reporting, then hand you a prioritized roadmap with the cost of each gap attached.

$7.5k–$15k
02

Build sprint

Six to ten weeks implementing the roadmap. CRM architecture, lead routing, lifecycle stages, ERP and platform integrations, and reporting that finally reconciles.

$25k–$45k
03

Fractional RevOps

Ongoing operations leadership across marketing, sales, customer and partner motions, for companies that need the function before they need the headcount.

$6k–$10k / mo
04

AI go-to-market automation

Agents and automation applied to account research, intake, routing and enablement. Built to remove hours from work your team already does, not to add another tool.

Where the money goes

Revenue rarely leaks in one dramatic place. It drains through handoffs nobody owns.

An illustrative shape, not your numbers. The diagnostic replaces it with yours, and puts a dollar figure against each drop.

Where this fits

The work lands hardest in companies with real operational complexity underneath the CRM.

$1M$10M$100M$1B$20M$200Mwhere I work best
  • $20M to $200M in revenue, selling B2B, often with a direct-to-consumer line running alongside it.
  • An ERP underneath such as Business Central or NetSuite that has never been properly reconciled with the CRM.
  • HubSpot in place, configured years ago by someone who has since left.
  • Inbound volume outpacing the team, with no honest model of how many leads current headcount can actually work.
  • Forecasts nobody trusts, because the pipeline data feeding them was never governed.

Questions I get asked

Straight answers, since most of these decide whether a call is worth booking.

What does a fractional RevOps consultant actually do?
Owns the systems and data that connect marketing, sales and customer teams, without joining as a full-time hire. In practice that means CRM architecture, lead routing and SLAs, lifecycle and pipeline definitions, integrations between the CRM and the systems holding your real operational data, and the reporting leadership uses to make decisions.
How long does a HubSpot RevOps rebuild take?
A diagnostic runs two to three weeks. A build sprint is typically six to ten weeks depending on how many systems are involved and how much of the existing data needs repair. Integration work with an ERP is usually what extends the timeline, not the CRM configuration itself.
What does RevOps consulting cost?
Diagnostics run $7,500 to $15,000. Build sprints run $25,000 to $45,000. Fractional retainers run $6,000 to $10,000 a month. Scope drives the range more than company size does.
Do you only work with software companies?
No, and the opposite is closer to true. Most of the depth here is in manufacturing, industrial, distribution and logistics businesses, which tend to have messier systems and far fewer consultants who understand them. Software clients are welcome, they just aren't the specialty.
What is the difference between RevOps and marketing ops?
Marketing ops owns the top of the funnel and the tools that feed it. RevOps owns the whole revenue system end to end, including the handoffs between teams, which is where most of the leakage actually happens. If your problem sits in the seams between departments, it's a RevOps problem.
Can you work alongside our existing agency or HubSpot partner?
Yes, and often that's the right setup. Agencies are usually strong on campaigns and weaker on systems architecture. I'll take the architecture and data layer and leave execution where it already works.

Start with the diagnostic.

Two to three weeks, a fixed fee, and a prioritized roadmap with the cost of each gap attached. If the roadmap says you don't need me after that, you'll have it in writing.
